PENANG (MALAYSIA)DOCKED 02:30 TO 09:00 PM Cruise dock at Penang and proceed for shore excursion to Georgetown, Penang city. Penang Island, the most populous island city in Malaysia, is situated in the State of Penang. Its capital, George Town, has also been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008. Founded by Francis Light of the British East India Company in 1786, Penang Island, then named the Prince of Wales Island, was one of the first British possessions in Southeast Asia. A 40-minute bus ride through town brings you to the doors of Wat Chalong,the most important Buddhist temple in Phuket Savor local treats at the Cashew Nut Factory and Shop if time permitting, browse for souvenirs. Booking

  • Register Your Tour with 50% Advance of Tour Cost with Passport copy bearing a minimum of 06 months
  • validity (up to tour ending date ) along with advised documents.
  • Balance amount is required to be paid 90 days prior departure.
  • Cancellation rule apply for all tours booked.

Visa and Passport

  • You are responsible for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the lows, regulation, order, and/ or requirements of the countries you will visit. We are not responsible for providing you with specific visa and transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport.

Documents for Singapore Visa

  • Original Passport with at least 6 months validity from date of travel to Singapore along with the old passports details (If it has Previous Travel History to Singapore)
  • Duly-Filled Form (Handwritten only) 14A with passenger’s Signature (Form Must be filled only by the Passenger without any correction or whitener mark) For cases of passport address different from current address, it is sufficient to reflect the current address in Form 14A. Photo to be affixed in the form & cross signed by the passenger (Refer Attachment)
  • 2 coloured photographs with white background, 35x45mm in size taken in the last 2 months with a face covering 80% of the photo area in Matte Finish.
  • Original Signed Covering Letter from the Passenger indicating the purpose of travel, Passport No, travelling companions (to list name and passport number) Travel Dates, Monthly/Annual Income details & contact no.
  • If employed, Original Letter from Employer in company letterhead (Should indicate company granting leave of absence, Applicant’s designation, duration of employment and salary, letter should have company official seal)
  • Last 6 months bank statement of the passenger with sufficient balance
  • Salary slips for the last 6 months
  • If self-employed, covering letter must be given in company letterhead with Monthly/Yearly Income details &
  • copy of GST Certificate
  • For Applicants who are Unemployed / Freelance / Student / housewife / Agriculturist / landlord must provide Rental Agreement or Bank Statement for the last 6 months of person who is sponsoring the trip along with the sponsor letter & their Signature proof
  • Airline membership copy (if available)
  • Copy of Vaccination Certificate (Covishield or Covaxin) within 14 days after 2nd Dose.
  • Attached Authorization letter to be filled, signed & sealed by the Agent/Branch
  • Flight ticket copy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment must be made in the currency quoted in. If you want to make the payments in any other currency, we reserve the rights to determine the conversion of the same.
  • Rates offered are based on current taxes and are subject to change due to any hike in fuel surcharge or Government taxes Any retention charges applicable for the cancellation of the group to be borne on actual.
  • Prices are based on the itinerary subject to change at the time of reservation.
  • All baggage and personal belongings will be under your responsibility at all times throughout the tour. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damages caused to the hotel during your stay shall be payable by you and we will not be responsible for the same.
  • We have all the right to change/alter/ vary the itinerary published for the smooth functioning of the tour. In either case we shall not be liable for any damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
  • The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.
  • Taking a medical insurance policy before the tour is advised.
  • Advance payment for registration to be paid along with Passport bearing a minimum of 06 months validity (up to tour ending date) along with advised documents.
  • Should the tour coincide with a trade fair or any other special event we reserve the right to accommodate the group outside of the affected areas and advise a supplement.
  • Any retention charges applicable for the cancellation of the group to be borne in actual.
  • Meals are pre-set provided on the land tour. Additional meals supplement will be charged.

Cancellation

  • For Cancellations effected after confirmation of Hotels, Air Ticket and Packaged Tour, Any refund is subject to the rules and regulations of the concerned Cruise company, Airline/Hotel/Coach Companies abroad and cancellation charges will be levied from balance amount payable and or paid. All cancellations must be received in writing or E-mail intimation.. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the Hotel/ Ticket etc. gets cancelled and the amount so far paid will also be forfeited. If the visa is rejected, any expense on resubmission has to be met by the passenger.
